Miss Initha, co-founder of Little Leaders Academy, is an engineering graduate and accomplished educator with an international teaching diploma. A consistent high achiever, she integrates IT technology with education to create innovative learning experiences. After a successful IT career, she transitioned into education with a deeper purpose. Her vision is to make learning creative, engaging, affordable, and effective while nurturing confident, future-ready young learners.

She blends global business knowledge with a passion for nurturing young minds. Transitioning from a technology background into education, she is driven by a vision to create engaging, student-centered learning.
